Carter Electric used $35.00 in parts (they would not let me supply my own) and performed 1 hour of work. They ended up charging me 3 times the amount I would normally pay. I only used them because my regular resource was booked up and they were highly recommended by a friend. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
