I had an appointment for Carter electric to come do some electrical work on my house. About an hour went by past the appointment time and no call from Matt. I decide to call and no answer. Called several times to see when they were coming. Never did hear back from Matt.I set aside time and waited for them only to be blown off. I found it very disrespectful and a waste of my time. I will not be using them in the future and maybe I'll hear back from them one day about the appointment they decided not to show up to.

Not having knowledge of local electrical contractors, I relied on reviews and advertising. Carter Electric (CE) performed their work on time. The team was very nice and knowledgeable about their work. I needed a hot tub spa wired and my electrical panel was on the other side of the house, they ran new cable wire and worked around the hot tub company's schedule to complete the job. Highly recommend this company for electrical needs. We will be using them again.

I can't recommend Carter Electric enough. 6 stars? I wish. Gabriel was our technician. He was amazing in terms of abilities, time consciousness, and customer service. He was amenable, funny, helpful, and made recommendations for future work. This was one of our best experiences with the trades. Gabriel made the difference. What if we all had a Gabriel coming to our homes to help out? It would be a better world! On time, on budget, fabulous work. Whew! Thank you!

We needed work done to fix our bathroom light and fan. The previous owners of the house used a ground wire as the neutral. I called around and Carter Electric was the first people available to come out. Cody showed up on time, actually he was a bit early, diagnosed the problem quickly and got to work fixing the problem. He did a great job. My dog liked him, too.
