Cancelled appointment (20 min prior to) on a very short notice by txt message. Tried calling them, no answer. Received another txt 30 seconds later. It was pretty obvious that they did not want to take my call. Customer service is something different. Maybe my projects did not ""attract"" them, so why did they schedule even an appointment after I've described my needs?
If you need a reliable company call someone else.....This company is a total disappointment!!!
