As a nonprofit entity, Carroll Electric Membership Corporation delivers electric services. CEMC caters to the rural communities in West Georgia, including Carroll, Floyd, Haralson, Heard, Paulding, Polk, and Troup counties. Our services extend to various customer groups, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and construction sectors. CEMC actively engages with the community through programs in schools, charitable organizations, civic events, scholarships, and business development. Additionally, we offer a range of online services, such as bill payment, service initiation, and 24/7 emergency outage support. Since our inception in 1936, we have been providing electrical services to over 50,000 residences.
