Tom is amazing at working out a problem and resolving it efficiently. I had a situation with the breakers that stumped the first electrician who tried to suss it out. Tom knew where to look. Beautiful job that cost a great deal less than I expected. This is an excellent company. Sandy is charming and a delight to be acquainted with. To sum up, they go the extra mile without being asked.

Pros:
-the aesthetic look of the lights installed.
-Bill returning to check out the electrical post-completion
-Offering to troubleshoot the electrical post-completion

Cons:
-some of the electrical stopped working after the lights were put in
-Sandy's bad attitude

Overall, I am sure they do a great job (as you can see from the many previous highly rated reviews). However, it's the snarky attitude from Sandy that I have to give such low ratings. As with any successful business (large or small), if you are a master at what you do, but are unkind to others, you will be most remembered for that.

While I was deciding about what to do, I got a sorry text from Sandy. Here it is (remember...I was still deciding and was probably going to hire them): You left a message on my business line yesterday I guess you forget, we're the company that is way to expensive! Hope you find a handyman to help you out! I believe you can find one through Home Advisors! I did let Home Advisors know how unhappy I am about this lead that I paid 30 for.

Wow...thanks SNOTTY BITCH. What an idiot...Needless to say, I did NOT hire this cranky botch.

I am very pleased with the service, reasonable price, and communication from Sandy and Bill. I had a light out in my bathroom and not only did they show up in a timely manner, they were quick to troubleshoot the problem -- which was a faulty aluminum wire that needed to be re-pigtailed (if I have that right?) -- and then had it fixed in no time. I will be calling them in the future and will refer to friends and family. Thanks again!

This husband and wife team ( both electricians, yes, 2 for the price of1!)are awesome. We had an electrical issue that Sandy worked with me over the phone to try to resolve before coming out, but still couldn't figure out. They came and systematically divided and conquered the problem quickly and charged a very fair price. Very happy with the result. I highly recommend this team.

Let me start by saying, that in 15 years of home ownership, in which time I have hired dozens of contractors, Bill and Sandy from Carriage Hills Electric are the nicest, most professional and probably the best I have EVER hired. This husband and wife electrical team is amazing! Their workmanship is absolutely incredible. I could not be happier with the work they did to outfit my new Tuff Shed, with lighting, outlets and everything I need to turn my shed into a fully functioning workshop. What I am most impressed with is the perfect bends of the conduit that snake around the walls. Since this is a shed where all wiring is exposed, Bill and Sandy did a great job of creating a cool industrial look that fits the theme of my shed and this project. I also really appreciated their attitudes, customer service, attention to detail, promptness and cleanliness. To top it off, their price was very competitive, compared to other quotes I received. All in all, I could not be happier with the outcome of this project. Best of all, I have found a quality electrician that I know I can count on for other projects. Bill & Sandy -- A huge thank you! Five stars all the way! Bill and Sandy Waller with Carriage Hills Electric were amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, very competitive pricing, great customer service and outstanding quality of work.
I hired Carriage Hills Electric to install an outlet above my fireplace so I can hang my TV. I was impressed that they also did the drywall patching as well as that saved me hiring another professional to come out.
They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I'll definitely be calling them for all future electrical work.
