Had them for twice a year maintenance for 4 years & they had been helping manage a rusty drip pan in attic. Original unit 2004. Decided to replace after 3 years as didn't need the worry of rusting through and causing further damage throughout. Excellent team of installers: efficient & professional. Answered all my questions. Worked well as team. Great attitudes. For reasonable additional charge did 2 little projects related to an electrical & a dryer duct issue (they had cleaned the duct in the last year; not related to their work at all).
Then, during the Christmas-New Year freeze the unit which is beside master bedroom had this ""elk-like roar"" when unit turned on & off. Owner inspected it; took it apart. He recommended insulated cover for it. My regular worker installed it soon after at no cost. We talked & he recommended recording it if did it again so able to diagnose further if needed. Then, he adjusted something to lengthen defrost time (I think he said) ""that just might help"". Well, I have heard ""no call of the wild""during this week of low temperatures. Definitely value their conscientious work. Highly recommend them.

was careful to protect our flooring by wearing those booties before entering
our home, all the cleaning and checking of components were explained to me, air vent filters were checked and replaced as needed. Westin was the tech's name. Carolina HVAC is top shelf!

Middle of July, temps in the 90's, and yep, our A/C stopped working. After multiple calls to find someone to come out, Carolina HVAC responded immediately.

Their service from the office to the field is not only responsive, but also reliable and fair. They actually did follow up calls to make sure I was ok while we waited for parts to come in. They made my issue a priority and communicated updates so I knew what was happening with the parts etc.

They go the extra mile to take care of customers. Professional, friendly and expedient.

Our AC went out last week when the temperature was over 100. Although they couldn't gat a new gas pack immediately, they provided us a portable unit, that they installed, until the new unit came in. They were early to install and were very quick an efficient.

We have been having Carolina HVC service our home for many years. We started having problems with our unit right after HVC started in our area. We called them and they had to replace our entire unit. Since then they come check our unit every 6 months. They are very good at what they do. Always nice, on time, and very good at what they do.
