I entered the field in the 1990s, in the construction industry, while attending high school. After graduating in 2000, I furthered my education at ITT, graduating in 2002 in computer technology. Throughout this time, I worked in the family business (Flores Construction). Growing up, I was exposed to tools and hard work, and after high school, I began working more. I progressed over the years to become a plumber and then an electrician. I acquired skills in a range of other skills. In 2005, I became a foreman, and not long after, I started my own business, collaborating with major companies, which allowed me to grow in the field and secure my standing professionally and independently.

Life is rewarding, constantly being active, with a focus on business, developing and constructing, with family values, and fostering a positive attitude. Success comes from hard work; dedication yields results and provides great returns. Maintaining gratitude is the key attitude, and with patience and determination, anything is achievable.
