I entered the field in the 1990s, working in construction, during my high school years. Upon finishing high school in 2000, I continued my education at ITT, completing my studies in 2002 in computer technology. During this period, I contributed to the family company (Flores Construction). Growing up, I was exposed to tools and hard work, and upon finishing school, I took on more responsibilities. I progressed over the years to take on plumbing roles and then an electrician. I gained knowledge in various related trades. Come 2005, I became a foreman, and shortly thereafter, I started my own business, working alongside significant developers, which helped me advance in the field and establish myself professionally and independently.

Life is good, remaining engaged, with a focus on business, developing and constructing, family-oriented, and maintaining a positive outlook. Success comes from hard work; dedication yields results and has numerous advantages. Being thankful and grateful is the essential mindset, and with perseverance and resolve, all things are possible.
