I was so frustrated trying to get other local electricians to quote on my project or return a phone call, even after being told by one that ""no project is too small"" - Evidently mine was! So it was refreshing that owner Linden was so responsive to my need to replace an old fixture with a new chandelier. I was so pleased with his work that I am having him work on another lighting project. He was fast and fastidious. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends.

I am kicking myself in the behind because I cannot recall the electrician's name who came and fixed our issues but he was phenomenal, courteous, fast, and explained what he was doing so I understood.

He arrived right on time and went straight to work. I walked him around to show him where the four issues were. When he resolved the first issue, he mentioned questionable electrical work from the previous owners, explained the reasoning, and suggested we repair the broken switch that was made up of two gang units to a single. I agreed.

The time it took to fix four issues was less than an hour. I appreciated the work done so fast (I didn't expect or demand it as I work from home now) and I didn't even notice that he had fixed the patio light since I never heard him around the house while I was working.

The estimate came out to exactly what was told over the phone with the exception of the additional work of fixing the two gang to single box.

I also enjoyed the fact that I could pay via electronic payment using Venmo instead of writing a check or using cash. Extremely efficient, convenient, and easy.

I am looking forward to having the rest of the house upgraded using Carlsbad Electrical Services. I felt the prices were extremely fair especially experiencing the ease and quality of work that was performed.

I highly recommend Carlsbad Electrical Services. We had a few interior and exterior outlets and two lights that either weren't working or only intermittently. Linden (the owner) responded promptly to my request on Yelp, and was able to quickly give me a fair estimate online and schedule an appointment for the next day. Josh came to my house right on time, and within about an hour fixed all of my electrical problems and answered a couple of other pestering electrical questions I had. I hope to have them return to install some lighting over my daughter's desk. Super smart, professional and courteous!

Theses guys are really great! I appreciated the quick response and the Job turned out perfect! I appreciate the attention to detail Josh gives, from the positioning of the recessed lighting on the ceiling to eliminating any holes in the drywall in this particular case. The lighting looks beautiful!

Both guys showed up in masks and were very friendly. They fixed the broken breaker in our fuse box within 15 minutes then spent a decent bit of time going over options with me for updating the whole box in the very near future. Very satisfied with their service and we will use them again for all electrical needs in the future!

Linden was prompt and hopefully fixed my electrical problem the next day. My issue was the quote vs. the bill. He quoted me a price of $175 for the job. It took him and hour and 15 minutes. He then gave me the bill for $425.

""i told you 15 minutes into the job that it would be about 225 more. "" This was not the case. He never told me the adjusted price until he presented me with the bill.

""If you had an issue with the prices you should have told me on the Spot."" I did (he cut the price by $25). I should have stood my ground, but didn't.

Carlsbad Electrical did a great job of installing new motion security lights on my home. I tried to do it myself but it was much harder than anticipated. Linden was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. The finished product looks & works great! I got a few quotes from other companies, and their pricing is very reasonable too. I will be recommending this company to my friends & family!
