Carlos was recommended to me by a local competitor who was scheduling 2 months out. (Recommended by a competitor - 1st star)

I explained over the phone that I had a non-functioning electrical outlet in my back yard that used to power my sprinkler timer box. This particular outlet did not have a reset button.

Carlos explained to me over the phone to check other outlets that may be on the same circuit and try resetting them. He offered to come out today within 2 hrs if needed. (Same day availability - 2nd star)
After checking a few outlets I found the one with the reset to restore power to the backyard outlet. There was no charge and I learned a little something in the process.

A simple fix from a nice guy.

Carlos has done the the electrical work for a kitchen and bathroom remodel, replaced an old electrical meter, a fuse box and a doorbell system. He also installed outdoor lighting and an outdoor electrical socket. All the work has been excellent. He is sincere, honest, fair and professional. Carlos does outstanding work at a reasonable price. I decided to change some light switches to look more up to date; causing my power to go out at 4:30pm. I was referred to Carlos, he answered on the second ring and said he could be out by 6pm to fix the issue.

I arrive at 5:30pm, did some troubleshooting and within 20 minutes had my power back up. While he was here he also fixed some wiring issues and helped me finish the project. He also gave me an extremely fair price.

I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician!

I live in Northern California and was recently in Torrance at my in laws and needed the help of an electrician so I went on Yelp to help find one on short notice.
After calling a couple places and being told that they couldn't get out to me until a week later, which wouldn't help me I called Carlos.
He answered his phone right away and I explained my situation.
He said that he was all booked up, but that he'd come by after he finished for the day if that was ok with me.
Of course I accepted.
Sure enough, Carlos showed up later in the day and within minutes he was quickly working away.
I needed several ring flood light cameras installed which he finished up in no time at all.
I asked him since he was here if he'd be willing to switch out another spot light with a motion sensor and he said no problem.
I can't say enough positive thoughts about Carlos, he was fast, friendly and efficient.
I know who I'll call if I ever need an electrician while visiting LA.
Do not hesitate to call him, I'm confident you'll be very happy with his work.

Several outlets in my kitchen and the starter for my gas stove stopped working. I called around to a lot of electricians on Yelp that said they would come out but I would need to pay for a two hour minimum visit charge. Carlos, on the other hand, diagnosed and fixed my problem over the phone for free! I will definitely call him next time I have an electrical problem. He's awesome!

Called Carlos to fix a bad lamp and switch. He arrived 2 hours after the scheduled time. Supposedly fixed the problem. 2 weeks later the same lamp went out again, we tried to text him. First he said he was out of town and that he would be back in 1 week. We called him again the next week and he didn't return our calls, even though we left several messages stating that the lamp he fixed went bad again. We ended up calling another electrician who fixed the problem and told us that the first electrician didn't fix the issue properly. Don't call Carlos if you need your electrical problem fixed properly.

We had an appointment and he didn't not show up. No notice what so ever. We waited an hour and tried calling him several times--no luck. Save your self the trouble and hire a legitimate electrician. This guy is a hack. Completely unprofessional.
