There is good service and then there is great service. Carl Miller is an example of great service! I called 3 electricians with high recommendations on Yelp. One called back and told me he was slammed with business. I get it trades are very busy. He offered to help connect my new hot tub but needed to schedule a few weeks out. The second one called back a couple of days later. I connected with Carl Miller on a Friday. Told him my hot tub was being delivered the following Friday. He came over the next day to assess the scope of work. He quoted me a great price the same day and scheduled the work for the day of the hot tub delivery. He told me call him when they delivered and he would be over in 30 minutes. He didn't lie. He was there on time and finished quickly.

Carl & Christian are the best! They have done a few electric jobs for me including installing recessed lighting in two rooms with dimmer switches, adding an outdoor hot tub outlet, and installing an outdoor circuit and ceiling fan. Carl is always very responsive and fits me in. They do great work and Christian gets right on it working quickly, carefully and efficiently. They even installed a circuit in the mud, which many other contractors would've said no, wait til it dries. Highly recommend.

We have a well and when power goes out, so does our water.... which means no more toilets flushing, no water to wash our hands or anything. They were busy, but squeezed in a visit for me within an hour. It turned out they were able to fix it very quickly, and didn't charge me for the visit. Great guys--- very responsive & professional.
