Care Electric installed 50 Amps for my pool heater and ran it from the garage out to the pool. I would absolutely use them again in the future. From the initial call and throughout the process, my experience was 5 stars. Everything was explained clearly to me and my options outlined in detail. The electrician that came out (Sam) was excellent and got the job done the first time and it was done properly. As with everyone in town, they are super busy. However, they had a cancellation and were able to bump up my job. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Care Electric.

Approximately one year ago Care Electric sent out two Licensed Electricians who repaired the ""Utilitech"" Lighting that had installed in my kitchen.
I was initially thrilled with the excellent job they did! After less then a year three of the five ""Utilitech Lights"" repaired by Care Electric were no longer working.

I called Care Electric and spoke with one of their very nice office workers,
""Christa."" I explained to Christa that only two of the lights in my kitchen were now working. I told Christa that I did not expect them to fix the problem for free, and asked her to please send an electrician out to fix them. Christa told me the two Licensed Electricians were no longer with Care Electric.

I was very upset, I am a single woman, a retired social worker, and I had paid around $12,000.00 for these lights to be fixed.

I called back once or twice and left a message, but no-one responded.
About two weeks later, ""Jorge"" a very nice man who works for the owner of Care Electric, appeared at my house and told me his boss had instructed him to come and fix my lights. I asked ""Jorge"" if he was a licensed Electrician like the original two guys who fixed my lights were. Jorge replied, ""No, but I know
how to fix this.""

I asked him what he would do? Jorge responded I will screw in a new bulb and I will fix it. I explained to him that ""UTILITECH Lights"" were complete and did not have a bulb screwed in.
I felt sad for Jorge as it was obvious he had no idea what to do. Jorge obviously thought very highly of the owner of Care Electric. Jorge said, ""I have been with this man for 17 years."" I felt sorry that the owner of Care Electric had set Jorge, his very loyal employee up for this humiliating experience!

In spite of my offer to pay them to Let There Be Light in my Kitchen, No one from CARE ELECTRIC ever called me back or tried to help in any way.

I was very disappointed as they came so highly recommended by a friend of the owner. The friend, a neighbor's significant other was the owner's hunting guide. ""Jeremy"" shrugged the whole issue off.

At this point, I HAVE TWO WORKING LIGHTS IN MY KITCHEN!!!! Of course it is upsetting.

As a former Social Worker, doing custody evaluation for the Court, I did not make big bucks. I rely on dependable and honest people who stand by their work and do not cheat their customers and refuse to take any responsibility.

I offered to pay, I asked them to take some responsibility for the lights going off in less then a year and CARE ELECTRIC REFUSED TO STAND BY THEIR WORK OR TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY!

It is all very upsetting to me! My now dark dimly lit kitchen!
The owner""s lack of caring and his choosing NOT to even attempt to address the problem that I had paid so much to fix!

I now call CARE ELECTRIC, 'UNCARING ELECTRIC.'
For Shame Care Electric. I feel stupid and ripped off by an UNCARING, NO
CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER OR QUALITY OF WORK COMPANY!!!

I have worked since I was 14 years, I did not come from riches and I always did my best and put my heart into my work. I did CARE about my clients and the outcome of their problems.

I would NOT recommend CARE ELECTRIC to anyone!! The owner apparently does not care what the outcome is for his clients!!! I have never had an experience like this before.

Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and they did not show. Waited six hours only to have them want to reschedule. Would not prioritize a new appointment. I was a repeat customer but would not use them again.
