Poor customer service. I had a scheduled appointment with a window from 12-2. At 2:30 I called to check the status of my appointment. They never bothered to contact me that they were not coming. Would not recommend them. Wasted my time. Don't waste yours.
I just had my service completed. Every interaction was great from my first call. Don came by to provide me with an estimate, and gave me some great pointers. My appointment was scheduled with Crystal and she was very nice, pleasant and helpful. Alberto and his apprentice came ON TIME and called when they were 25 minutes from arrival. Alberto was great the whole time, helped me greatly and succeeded with what I needed and wanted. Crystal and Don both called the next day to ask how everything went. Perfect from start to finish. I will always turn to Cardinal Electric for any electrical needs! Thanks to all of you, I feel safe knowing my family will be prepared for any power outages.
