I've had Cardenas Electric come out a few times for different projects. Some recessed lights, correcting some wrongs of another electrician, moving some things around, some switches and plugs, replacing a breaker. With some electricians or tradespeople, you kind of feel like you're vulnerable to being taken advantage of. With Javier and his sons, it isn't like that. They get to what needs to get done, don't try to find problems that aren't problems, and can sometimes find solutions to what you thought might have been bigger problems. They are honest, proficient, and their pricing is fair.

Arranged an appointment with Cardenas Electric for 7:30 AM. I work until 1:00 AM in the morning, but made commitment to be up and ready for them.
At 8:30 AM I sent text asking if they were keeping the appointment. They stated in text message that an employee called in sick and that they were sending someone else at 1:30 PM, and they forgot to tell me.

I responded that I presumed that this was their way of doing business. The response was that my presumption was wrong, and to get someone else for the job. Hard to find real professionals these days.

Cardenas Electric came out for some 240 outlets to charge my vehicle. Great service, price and quality work. Called him back to install some ceiling fans, sconces and lights.
