Javier and his team did some lighting installation in our house, both indoor and outdoor, 2 ceiling fan installation, added 3 lights (pendant) above the kitchen island, added a new chandelier in the dining area, moved the the light in the living area so it will be in the center, installed 2 outdoor lighting and upgraded some switches to dimmers. All work were done efficiently and with little disturbance. Very happy with their work. Excellent job!

I used Cardenas Electric services for the 5th time in 2 years. This time it was a major job of a conversion from a garage & enclosed patio into a 3BR/1Bth ADU unit. The unit had to be completely rewired, installed with outlets/switches/smoke detectors, and the electrical sub-panel had to be entirely renewed and brought to code. This was a massive gut renovation. As usual, Javier and his staff did a highly professional job, his work met the City Standards and was approved by the City Inspector. Javier is responsive and also great to work with. I highly recommend Cardenas Electric and Javier for electrical works.
