Capstar Electric, a locally owned small business, boasts a management team with extensive experience in the electrical field. Our managers possess a wealth of knowledge in the electrical industry. Our team has been involved in projects of all sizes, from minor tasks to major electrical projects.
Each of our electricians is carefully screened to guarantee exceptional quality and honesty. We maintain a drug-free workplace with random drug screenings and pre-employment testing. Our lead electricians are highly skilled, each possessing a journeyman electrical license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.
Since 1996, I have been immersed in the electrical industry, handling projects ranging from a few hundred dollars to $10 million. Having lived in Central Texas since childhood, I occasionally take on work in other major Texas cities.
My experience includes working in homes of all types, from starter homes to multi-million dollar properties. My work extends to electrical installations in schools, churches, office buildings, clean rooms, industrial sites, and retail locations. For the past 16 years, I have served as a manager, primarily overseeing electricians on job sites or bidding work from the office.
I cherish my role as a father to two lovely little girls, who fill my free time with joy.

George was extremely friendly, personable, knowledgable, well dressed, and very well mannered. Such a noticeable difference from the majority contractors and service providers!
He not only (quickly) found a dangerous short in a plug in our living room (and said we were lucky it didn't catch fire), but also replaced a plug in our bedroom. We are BEYOND grateful to have found this company and will most definitely use him again for our home and our shop we're about to open.
We paid a third of the price we were expecting (so many people are eager to rip you off when you're in dire need of help), but this company is extremely fair and instead of hemming and hawing to soak up more hours/money he quickly resolved our issue!

While here he also fixed an interior outlet in our kitchen and an exterior light that hadn't been working. Our small dog can now see to go down the back steps again which is much appreciated.
