We had a bathroom light suddenly stop working at my daughter's home. My grandson tried to fix it but was not successful. We called Michael and he responded within a few hours, fixing the problem.

I then asked him to look at a problem at my house which I had not been able to resolve. He came out the next day and fixed that problem.

These were troubleshooting jobs, but he handled the problems well, was an excellent communicator, and prompt. His prices are reasonable.

Based on other reviews, my experience seems to be typical. It is always nice to find a service provider who does good work, and is responsive to ( potential ) clients. I recommend him without hesitation.

Michael showed up on time. Sent me a text telling me he was 30 minutes away. Assessed the issues with my nonfunctional outlets. Went right to work. Cleaned his work space. I asked if he could install an outlet in the garage for my families E bikes. He gave me a quote that was reasonable. Went to Lowe's and returned with an upgraded, to code, outlet. Completed it in good time.

Michael is amazing! I tried installing my own outlets and realized that I had a more complicated job on my hands than I thought. I called Michael and he was available to come the same day. He was fast, efficient and reliable. Thank god he was able to repair my wires so they wouldn't be a fire hazard! Definitely will be using him again in the future
