Michael showed up on time. Sent me a text telling me he was 30 minutes away. Assessed the issues with my nonfunctional outlets. Went right to work. Cleaned his work space. I asked if he could install an outlet in the garage for my families E bikes. He gave me a quote that was reasonable. Went to Lowe's and returned with an upgraded, to code, outlet. Completed it in good time.
He is a great guy. I will use him again when needed.

Michael is amazing! I tried installing my own outlets and realized that I had a more complicated job on my hands than I thought. I called Michael and he was available to come the same day. The morning I called Capistrano Electric started like this. I smelled a burning odor. I know there were no fires in the immediate area. The sky rained the night before. The air was fresh outside. The smell lingered. I used the nostrils to track it. I tracked it to an area near an outlet that had a surge protector connected to it. Upon removing the surge protector, there was a flash of light, and the outlet now showed charring.

Investigating further, we determined that power outlets in the nearby bathroom and upstairs stopped working.

I thought, damn, this is an issue! I resorted to Yelp and submitted this issue as a project. Several electricians auto responded. Capistrano Electric was the first to humanly respond.

Michael DeAntonio and I exchanged a few words describing what's going on. Within 5 minutes, we were on a phone call together discussing the issue.

We spoke for 5 minutes on the phone. Michael then promptly indicated that he could be on his way to the home. I obliged.

Michael appeared within 30 minutes. He was professionally dressed, mannerable, polite, courteous, caring, non-judgmental, made suggestions, and performed the repair.

Michael completed the repair within minutes. He then tested the problem areas, confirming everything worked properly. He pointed out that when wired properly, the problem outlet should have been the isolated issue. It should not have affected other outlets. Michael's repair and the rewiring to ensure this problem never occurs again, were quoted at a fantastic price. We asked Michael for outdoor lighting. electric vehicle charger, and interior suggestions. He provided some good knowledge. We have another project booked as a result!

I am impressed by Michael's professionalism and for going above and beyond the initial repair. He takes pride in his craft and is beyond reasonably priced. I'm excited about the next project I have booked with Michael. I am so excited that I shared his information within our company Employee Forum. This is an area all employees can access for suggestions/referrals of services and exchange ideas/collaborate. I'm confident that someone will utilize Capistrano Electric from the workplace.

In today's world, people don't often go the extra distance when working on projects. Michael did, and I can tell that this wasn't the first time he's done this. This is ingrained in his business acumen. I'm grateful to have worked with Capistrano Electric. I foresee a brighter home in the very near future!

Michael was awesome! He installed a pool heat pump awesomely when the instruction booklet was very confusing. He called the manufacturer, figured it out, and now I have a pool heat pump. His price was fair, and I'd definitely use his services again. A+!
