Absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They do not tell you what time they're supposed to be there. JUST the day. So when they showed up aggressively knocking and ringing the doorbell. The. We rescheduled for Saturday at 12:00... they showed up at 11:20!!! It was my day off and I was still asleep. Then when he actually did work he punctured my wall and apparently he did to other people's walls in the neighborhood. Never said anything. Horrible!
That same day he lives his drill at my apartment and I planned on calling this awful company and returning it on Monday to be a good person. But he aggressively knocks and rings on the doorbell on a Monday morning ... 9 am!!! I wish I wasn't home so I wouldn't have to give it back. Can I give this company zero stars?

Good morning,
I received service from your guys on Friday of last week, when they left they did not verify that I had all my services working. I was without power to the main lights in all my rooms and my bathroom. They were hired to take care of the fire hazards in the attic all my stuff was working when they arrived but it was not the case when they left. They returned and it took them an hour and a half to repair and then tell me because the way my house was wired they would not warranty the work they just did. I paid your company $400 to mess my electricity up?
Saturday the exact same issue occurred with the exact same lights that they had to come back and fix on Friday. I was told that they were going to charge me $250 with a minimum of two hours to come back and fix, they would not warranty the work. Makes no sense if it is the exact same lights that they had to come back and fix. Regardless of how my house is wired, they were paid to do a job and I essentially paid your company $400 to do nothing. I had to have another electrician come out and undo all the crap that they did and fix it properly. All my stuff is currently working and your company wanted to rewire my house and bring my box to code. Guess who got the job to bring my box up to code all because of your companies failure to fix what they messed up. Why do a half butt job and then tell me you won't warranty the work. The other company was surprised to hear it was your company that messed everything up their comment was you are a big company. A big company that refused to warranty a repair that you did because of the way my house was wired, then why do the repair to begin with? Everyone I talk to will know about the $400 I paid your company to not fix my issue.

Found out our stove was hardwired into the electric box and needed a professional to put in an outlet. Called Cano Electric and was told the earliest they could come out was Friday (it was a Wednesday when I called). To my surprise a short while later the electrician called and said they could squeeze us in that SAME day! Woohoo! Alvin and Blake arrived when they said they would, quoted me an awesome price for what I needed and got straight to work. Alvin was very informative and answered all of my questions. He took me around my home and explained certain issues and possible repairs. No pressure estimate and very kind. Blake did an awesome job on the install and even had to squeeze in behind my stove to finish the job. I'm definitely keeping these guys in mind when I need an electrician, YOU SHOULD TOO!
