We love the LED light he installed in our kitchen ceiling. It is instant on and so much brighter than the previous fluorescent bulbs.

My mom called this guy after hours on a Thursday. He was already busy that night and offered to come to her house the next day and save her the after hours fee. My mom's house had lost about half it's power and she couldn't get the breakers to go back into position to return power to the house.

Tim, had a car problem the next day, but called and updated her about every 20 minutes so she knew she wasn't forgotten. When he got there the problem had self corrected, but he went looking for any safety issues as a precaution. After speaking with my mom, he ascertained that her iron had probably tripped the breaker. When he looked at the iron closer he realized that the cord had burn marks and the iron probably was the culprit. My mom had attempted to reset the breaker while the iron was still plugged in. Tim checked the corresponding outlets to make sure there was no damage and advised my mom to get a new iron.

My mom said Tim was a complete gentleman and was so very nice. He took his time to make sure he didn't leave her in a bad place and was very kind. My mom is older and she is always worried someone will try to take advantage, but he was opposite of that. His fee was extremely reasonable, and my mom looks forward to giving his card to anyone that needs an electrician and using him the next time she has an issue.

She really wanted me to leave a wonderful review for him, and wanted everyone to know what a great electrician Tim is. My mom doesn't give high praise to many, but she did this guy!

So I initially used Candee electric in an emergency back in July and so when I had another issue I didn't hesitate to give Tim a call. He was responsive got out to me in about 24 hours he took the time to troubleshoot my electric found the issue and had me back up and running in about 2 hours . Tim is always a professional , mindful of the property and even made friends with my fur buddy.

Tim was great to work with. We had him replace our kitchen lights. He is very knowledgeable and very fair pricing as well.
He is more than happy to explain any questions about electricity and how things work.
He replaced a total of 10 lights for us ( had to re wire each individual light)
But he did the work thoroughly and took roughly 3 hours.
I would definitely use him in again without any hesitation.
