Bill's quote was reasonably priced compared to other competition. On appointment day, he and his colleague were on time & completed the task within less than an hour. I just purchased a home in rural Wilton CA and messaged these guys right here on Yelp not only for a quote but to see if they would service the area (you would be surprised at how many companies won't). After messaging back and forth I gave my contact info, and told them if they happen to get a weekend cancellation to give me a call. Not only did they give me call, they came by promptly when scheduled, took care of the updating efficiently and with ease, but didn't gouge for a weekend last minute job. I called today on Veterans Day and Bill quickly called me back and he was at my house in 15 minutes.

I was originally thinking I could save money by doing the repair myself but I did not want to risk it since the switch was exposed next to the water.
