We called him back to do the service check on the unit, which he notified the company with all the information needed for the warranty.
Our neighbors have a generac unit to be installed and we referred Jon to do the job.

I can't say enough nice things about Campanella Electric! I contacted them to come out and hook up a portable generator and transfer switch. I received a written estimate to approve via text, then an appointment confirmation via text. They came out right on time and spent an extra amount of time making what we had work without spending a ton more on something new. Shortly after they left, we discovered something not working, and they came right back and spent the time to make it work. WOW, great customer service. I made my appointment with Jon Campanella, we had a very nice and capable tech named Austin out to do the majority of the work, and Jon Campanella came back to get us all buttoned up.
