By far, the absolute WORST company I ever dealt with. The female who answers the phone had a major attitude and demanded a credit card number to be put in the appointment list. What company does this??? But I unfortunately still wanted an estimate. I was charged several hundred for an estimate when the electrican barely spent 5 minutes on it. This is sickening. Their quote was over several thousand dollars MORE than what the other electrical companies in the area charged for the exact same service. Do NOT use this company-you have been WARNED.

Also know that this company had their BBB accreditation revoked on April 18, 2019 due to the following directlly fromm the company's BBB profile: ""On 04/18/2019 this company's accreditation in BBB was revoked by BBB's Board of Directors due to failure to cooperate with the BBB on advertising matters. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.""

Do not use this absolutely horrible company!! The female who answers the phone has a major attitude problem and I should have hung up on her right away. I was sent a technician who didn't seem with the program at all mentally, but I gave the guy a chance out of pity towards people like that. The guy was just rambling over and over about ""trying to save me money"" and he would not listen to what I had to say at all. The dude was openly hostile towards me when I tried to ask him about the issue. I can't believe any company would employ someone who has zero people skills (and should not be dealing with people at all) and did not seem to know what he was doing at all. Thankfully, cancelled them before they did the job. Note to the owner-why do you hire someone like this to represent your company? He is costing you a LOT of money! Hired this company to provide services on a project we were working on. They did not complete the hired task and provided us with a bill. They continued to harass and extort our company and the homeowner until the bill was finally paid. Oh the bill was for 250.00. They didn't solve the electrical problem we were having nor did they give any solution to the problem. They just wanted to get paid.

Great company and they actually have electricians who know what they are doing. I got ripped off by a horrible electric company, but thankfully they fixed the idiot's shoddy work.

I had a really nice serviceman but the company charged me per hour from the time of the callout, which meant I paid for his drive to my house. They rip you off with that part and a ""truck charge"" of an additional $35. I won't call them back unless I really need to.
