So glad to find a reputable electrician!! I've been trying for weeks to get an electrician (called multiple electricians/companies) to do a small job. Most wouldn't return my call and one agreed to to the work but kept pushing out the work date. Was referred to California Power & Light. I made one call, Henry (the owner?) answered, provided a reasonable estimate range over the phone. He called me the next day to schedule his team. One day later the his guys showed up on time, completed the job in less than 2 hours, were professional and cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Henry and his team!!!

I contacted several electrical companies in the area, and chose CPL based on their reviews on Yelp. Henry (the company owner) came and gave me an estimate of upgrading my service, as well as replacing the current sub-panel in my house that had breakers that were a fire hazard. He gave me a scheduled date, and contacted me before the work was to be done about what to expect. On the day of the job, his team did a fast, clean and efficient job. Henry handled all the necessary permits, as well as contact with PG&E for stopping and starting the service. He even arranged for someone to come later that day to repair the stucco around the new outside box. I couldn't be happier with the job they did, as well as the fair price and overall professionalism of his company. I won't use anyone else for any future projects!!

Can't speak highly enough of Henry from California Power and Light!

Our outlets went out in one room of our home. He was able to quickly come out, access the situation and complete the job all within an hour.

It wasn't a typical issue. But backed by his 30 years of experience he was able to troubleshoot and pinpoint the problem area quickly.

He was professional and friendly.

This is our second time getting his assistance. Happy to know his been a Morgan Hillian for over a 20 years. Thank you, Henry!

I ran into Henry and his team this morning by accidents in my neighborhood while he was on his way to meet his client. So happy to have talked to him. 20 minutes later, he was at my place, diagnosing the inconsistent fixture issues, which apparently another household in the community was having the same problem, proposed a solution with a very reasonable pricing. The crew showed up on time, were very polite, worked on the project efficiently, and cleaned up nicely when they finished the job. Henry was also at my house in the end to ensure everything was carried out as planned. Also, they all wore masks and were very respectful to the household environment given that we currently work from home with virtual work meetings. Thanks Henry and team again for providing such great work. The house looks more beautiful now that the lighting/energy temperature is consistent throughout!

Had an old interior sub panel that frankly, creeped me out. Had CPL replace it, and the replacement was like art; just super clean and professionally done. At the same time, they chased down a number of other nagging safety issues and resolved all of them quickly. Punctual, extremely friendly crew, and the work area was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. Very responsive on the phone, competitive and affordable pricing. Easy to see why they're rated as highly as they are; they show up, diagnose quickly, the quote is clear, and they knock it out. Highly recommended.

I avoid hiring contractors like the plaque so giving this 5 star review says a lot about CPL. I have an old Zinsco electric panel which needed to be upgraded in order for me to install heat pumps for the upcoming heat wave. Henry, the owner was responsive, informative and extremely price competitive. He and his crew, including the stucco contractor (A+) were punctual, professional and fast.

I added several items to the job up to the date of the job and he worked with me through the changes without any issues. I have also contacted him a dozen times throughout the process and he would always promptly call me back whether it was the weekend, day or evening. I would highly recommend Henry and his crew and consider CPL the go-to team for all my future electrical needs.

I recently purchased a hot tub and needed an outlet for it outside. Henry's crew came and did the work. I also had them upgrade the electrical sub panel. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service. Definitely would use them for any other electrical work.
