Reza was able to come early for my appointment. He was very professional and even wore 2 masks for extra safety precaution which I appreciated. He fixed one of my burned out outlets and was able to explain to me why it happened and gave some other electrical safety tips. Reza made sure to fix the wires the right way to help ensure I wouldn't run into anymore problems for a long time. He even said I can call him if I have anymore questions or concerns. I will definitely be calling Caliber Electric for any problems I may have in the future.

I am very satisfied with my experience from Caliber Electric. Reza came to my home on time on the same day I called after I explained the issue of having two of my upstairs rooms not having the lighting working. I assumed it may have been time for me to upgrade my panel since the breakers weren't working after flipping them, but Reza tested it and everything was in working order.

The issue was quickly solved after he checked the wiring from an upstairs smoke detector that wasn't installed properly. He noticed the problem and quickly fixed it. He explained how it was affecting the lights in two other upstairs rooms and why it was a concern. The lights were all working again after that.

I highly recommend Caliber Electric for their quick response time and reasonable pricing. I also appreciated Reza's honesty, friendliness and professionalism. I would definitely use their service again in the future. Thank you.

Reza responded immediately and was able to squeeze me in same day. I was so stressed as one of my smoke alarms beeped at 4 a.m. and I was worried about what was ahead for the weekend given that I have a cat who doesn't handle noise or stress of any kind. Reza and his assistant Joe are two kind souls with hearts of gold. I can now enjoy my weekend! on a side note, if you need anything same day DO NOT bother calling Mr. Handyman as they are scheduling about a week out.
