First and foremost, they responded to my inquiry which many companies won't even do, they talked me through the issue with my outdated solar system, and they outlined my options without pressuring me to choose one over another. When it came time to do the work, they were professional, efficient, and thorough.

If their business is anything like their driving, I would avoid this company. One of their employees driving a company truck was driving like a complete a-hole in the Lowe's parking lot. If you want to drive like that, you should probably do it on your own time; it seems a bit silly to represent your company with your poor behavior.

Cail Co Contractors can do it all. Why have someone come out and to your house who is just a middleman. I wanted a new roof, solar and a panel upgrade. Cali Co cane out and did it all. I wasn't in a hurry but they worked fast and were efficient and clean. If has and any questions or issues they addressed them without hesitation. If I had more properties I would have Cali Co doing work on all of them. Their plan is clear and the price is also. Financing was a breeze. I make it a point to tell everyone Cali Co is the company if they need a roof, solar or electrical. Most of all Genesis and Jeff are kind and friendly they make you feel like family. So I say come be a part of the Cali Co family!

DO NOT CONTACT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

First off, you will only ever hear from Genesis. There is no other way to contact anyone at this firm. If you have a problem, you are out of luck. Once you get their low ball bid, they will waste your time with questions. You will send endless emails explaining permits, answering the same questions over and over again. Despite offers to come do a walk though like most contractors will do, these folks will quote you in email and say they are good to go on a few days notice. So after you have your equipment ready to install, THEN at the last minute they will tell you oh sorry, yeah we can't do the whole job. Let us know when you have that worked out. This after literally months of back & forth coordinating the plan, scheduling and execution.

Beyond unprofessional, I was shocked at the response as literally I was calling to schedule the install work when they backed out. Now I am left scrambling at the last minute, starting from square one to find another installer . It's clear these people have no ethics and found a larger job to work. They committed in email several times to the job. Genesis actually DID finally call back and had the temerity to say ""well, we didn't sign a contract"" ! Great customer service. In one respect they did me a favor by showing me how dishonest they were up front. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to work with.

Pleasant workers. At my request, they arrived each morning a little later than they usually started. They did a lot of hard, dirty work but were willing to give options when they could. I have plans to hire them for future work when I have the money!

They have been amazing to work with! We always have tons of questions and they are so patient. We've had so much work to get done and they've walked us through every step. Whenever we are unsure of what to do next they give us plenty of options and explain all the pros and cons but leave the decisions up to us. They have been very professional and efficient and do great work! Our room and roof look awesome. They have built us a closet, changed our window, redone electrical, put in floors, painted, replaced doors and more. We have more work to be done in the future and we will definitely be calling them to come back and do more. By far the friendliest, most upfront and honest contractor we met with and we met with a lot.

Robinson and Jeff are professional, reliable, and hard-working. They installed our solar panels flawlessly, and made sure that everything was cleaned up, including repairing the stucco and painting. When we ran into a particularly thorough building inspector, they took the initiative to resolve a number of items that had nothing to do with their work - they even installed smoke detectors on their own dime! I highly recommend this awesome construction company.
