Calhoun Services began its journey in Fort Collins, CO, in 2010, focusing on property maintenance. As the years passed, Tyler expanded the company into multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly ten years of thriving in Colorado, Tyler transitioned the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Though we have moved, our foundational values continue to be Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability.

Tyler Calhoun started his path in the home services industry almost 15 years ago, working as a property maintenance technician for different apartment complexes. While much of the work was routine, it laid the groundwork for Tyler to develop his skills and tackle more complex tasks across various trades. After several years in property maintenance and completing high school, Tyler chose to embark on a new adventure as a business owner.
