In 2010, Calhoun Services started in Fort Collins, CO, focusing on property maintenance. Tyler, the owner, grew the business over the years, branching into HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation services. Following almost a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler moved the company to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even with the relocation, our principles have not wavered: Honesty, Integrity, Reliability.

Nearly 15 years ago, Tyler Calhoun began his career in home services as a property maintenance technician for several apartment complexes. While much of the work was routine, it laid the groundwork for Tyler to gain skills, tackle more complex tasks, and master various trades. Following years in property maintenance and finishing high school, Tyler opted to start a new chapter as a business owner.
