Yesterday was Chris' fourth visit to our home since 2018 and he never disappoints. Always so friendly, and his work is always professional. I never have to sweat when it comes to electrical work because our family is in good hands when Chris does the work. Electrical work isn't something we ever take a chance with, so we always reach out to Chris when we have a repair or upgrade. Chris is the best electrician we've had and we look forward to him visiting again for our next project!

I needed to upgrade my electrical service. After 5 or 6 electricians never returned my phone calls, I contacted Chris via Yelp. He came over on Friday afternoon and after we discussed what needed to be done, he showed up on Monday at 9 am as promised. Chris was efficient. He did not need to clean up the work area in the master bedroom because he did not leave anything to clean up. That impressed me. Thework was excellent. Very professional. And his price was reasonable. I highly recommend Chris.

Chris was on his way to my home right after I called. That was the fastest time getting here that I've ever seen from anyone! I have a Turkish lamp that came from Turkey and I could not get it to work. I had the adapter but I ordered a voltage converter from Amazon thinking that was the problem, going from 220 volts to 110 volts. It didn't work. I got new E14 light bulbs which are for European lamps. Didn't work. I called Caldera Power Services and Chris did some troubleshooting. He found out that some of the wiring in the top of the lamp came loose. He fixed it and I was so amazed!! It looks great with the light bulbs lit. I thought the house call was rather expensive but I never would have figured out how to fix it myself.

Chris, the business owner, was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He sent a friendly reminder the morning of the appointment and was punctual (that's HUGE for me!). He assessed my electrical needs, provided information on what he will be doing, worked diligently and, most importantly, acknowledged my dogs! His pricing is very reasonable and I highly recommend!

I previously had a 10-50P receptacle in my garage from previous owner. I use an adapter/converter to a 14-50 for my Tesla. Well, after 4+ years of usage, it finally burned. Based on other reviews, I gave Caldera Power Services a try. Chris answered the phone and with some photo exchanges, provided suggestions, and scheduled an appointment. He was on time, courteous and professional. I now have a NEMA 14-50 receptacle with some safety cautionary measures which Chris suggested. Initial test with charging looks good. I had outlets in my living room that stopped working. I contacted Chris, and he was able to come out the same day. He was great at explaining the tests that he ran and what the results might mean. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. He did such a great job that I have two other projects I've asked him to work on! He's very professional, helpful, and reasonable.
