Home warranty sent Calberts out to fix a whole house fan. Told me belt to the vent needs replaced and they don't do belts. Told home warranty company the belt was missing. But how could it he missing, it was working before the vent stopped opening. So what is it, needs replaced or new belt put on. Contradiction in what they told me and believed they lied to the home warranty because the technician didn't want to do the work but they collected the fee from warranty company which denied the claim and left me hanging. Terrible service, avoid them!

Calberts Electrical was sent to my home from the home warranty. This is the first completely positive experience that I've had with technicians sent to my home for warranty coverage. He gave me a 1 hour window and showed up on time. He was the third electrician to look into my problem of multiple outlets out in my home. He was able to fix the problem in no time, it was an outlet wired wrong and he fixed it. The other two electricians wanted to rewire that entire side of the house which included tearing out Sheetrock and tile. Calberts didn't even make a mess and was done in less than an hour. He's honest, experienced, and efficient. Highly recommended.

The power went out to half my house and my home warranty company sent them out to deal with it. He called me the same day and showed up the next morning right on time, actually on the early side of the 1 hour window which was delightful. Biggest pet peeve is when places give you a time window and show up at the very last minute.

He was prompt, friendly, communicative, thorough and took care of the problem quickly. He tested every fuse and connection and made sure there wasn't a bigger issue that wasn't immediately apparent. It makes me wonder about the 1 star reviews because my experience was so very different.

Quick response time, fair price, punctual and efficient! The electrician
came in and performed the job very quickly. While he was here, I asked about another project I'm considering in my home and he let me know exactly what would need to be done to have it completed. I would definitely hire him again!

Was forced to give at least 1 star or couldn't post review. NOT recommended. They were supposed to come check the electrical at our house. Gave us a 2 hour window and never showed up. No call, no answer when we called. Can't vouch for the work but based on how this company does business, doubtful their work is reliable
