Great company. Well trusted.
Meticulous work. Their word is trustworthy and dependable knowledgeable owners and technicians. Overall Calaveras Electric is just a Great reliable company. For 40 years I managed & self performed the maintenance and infrastructure repairs of 1200-1400 buildings for the nation's largest financial institutions west coast operations. Many times maintenance work and or replacement or emergency repairs would have to be outsourced. I had to retire following an accident that damaged my spine and nerve source, at this time if I was still working Calaveras Electric Company would be at the top of my vendor list of 40 plus vendors.

The customer service was top tier, very communicative and accommodated my availability. They couldn't make my first initial visit and offered to return back on Saturday even though they don't typically work Saturdays. We ended up scheduling during their normal business hours and the tech was timely and very accommodating cause I know I nitpicked a bit. My ceiling fan was replaced and repaired after another electrician could not repair it a few months ago. Tech did several troubleshooting and seems very knowledgeable and successfully resolved a dead area in my home for over a year. I'll be sure to give them by business moving forward and spreading word for them!

Nate was an absolute hero for our family this weekend! I showed up in the middle of the night to find half my electrical and my well pump without power. Nate came Saturday morning on short notice to troubleshoot. He was thorough, and even went so far as to call Generac customer support to try to figure out a complex issue. He was able to get our system back on and functional in short order. On top of that he offered a very reasonable price for emergency service. We will definitely use him again.
