Alex and his helper Eric came through and helped get power back to 8 or our outlets. He assured me the minor things I did were correct and he helped teach me a couple of things. Living in an older home our electrical is older than newer builds but they worked through the problems and made sure I had power to all of my outlets before they left. Alex also installed an exterior outlet for me just in time to hang Christmas lights on our home for Christmas!

He was very professional, shook my hand and introduced himself to me, cleaned up after themselves, worked quickly but efficiently and correctly. He has my business for the rest of my life haha. He is licensed and it is a real one. He knows his stuff and is extremely helpful and accommodating!

Excellent availability. Vendor was 45 minutes late to appointment and alerted me he was running late 30 minutes after our set/confirmed time. Emergencies do happen I understand and overall great service was provided.

I had bought a light kit for my ceiling fan but something was wrong with the wiring so it would not work. Alex came by and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the wiring in the fan. He then installed the proper wall switch and presto, lights! He was very knowledgeable, worked quickly and was very affordable. I will definitely call him on my next electrical project.

Absolutely impressed with Alex and Cal-Rep. We had a flood upstairs so had our garage gutted. Wanted to add some outlets and new LED canless lights because we had one old single bulb in there. The contractor our insurance company appointed kept dragging their feet so decided to reach out to some electricians on my own and glad I did. Found Cal-Rep and messaged them through yelp. Alex got back to me almost immediatly. Chatted about what I was looking to accomplish and he had very good recommendations on what to use and checked into them, was perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Scheduled him to come give me a quote and go over in detail the scope of work and he was able to accommodate us the next day, and showed up exactly as promised. He made some further suggestions which we liked. Got back to us the next day with his quote. Now normally I would get several quotes and compare but was so impressed by his promptness and professionalism I knew I didn't want anyone else to do the job. Worked out scheduling with him, and because of the flood we had and our house in disarray asked if it could be sooner and this guy comes through next day!!! That's when I knew I made the right choice. They came in and did everything they could do without drywall in, exactly how I wanted it. He was quick, professional, very communicative and the price was on par for the job, but in my opinion it was less than I thought I'd pay for that kind of service!
