This business was hired by our water/sewer district and they made a lot of mistakes. First, they got their equipment stuck in a persons wall and had to tear apart part of his house to get it out. The guy came home to this mess and was not informed they would be on his roof shoving stuff down his walls. Second, their employees seem to think that every moment is a cigarette break and their smoke creeps into your house and the entire area they are working. I also noticed cigarette butts around the areas they were working. I would appreciate it if they would smoke away from businesses and houses and only on their breaks. Third, I noticed a lot of repeat work in the same spot over and over, like they could not get it right,. Fourth, their patch jobs were not good either, if you drove down a street they worked on it was bumpy and some spots might have even caused a flat tire.
