Don't think I'm going to be calling them again.

The bid they give me was reasonable. I authorized the service for Monday morning, at 9:00 AM. The electrician showed up exactly at 9:00 AM.
He troubleshooting the problem and had it corrected within one hour and billed me for the price quoted.
