I called Cain's yeterday and they provided me with prompt service for a pool cleaning device within hours. It was a simple job but the serviceman figured out the solution to get it running again. So again, I am pleased with their immediate service and resolution to the problem. They are really a 5 star company!

Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional...I could go on and on about how Shaun provided excellent service. He installed my electric cooktop. Cain's worked me in super fast. I was at the end of a kitchen remodel and had been without a working kitchen for far too long. Giles couldn't make it until at least a week out. Cain's went out of their way to make it happen. And they provided excellent top-notch service. Would recommend to a friend!

Right on time, didn't bat an eye when we requested more work be done. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, completed all requested projects, even cleaned up sweeping and vacuuming any mess made. Will recommend this group to all. 5 stars are not enough!

I agree with a previous review. I wish I could give Cain's 10 stars!!!

My circuit breaker box burned up (lightning strike?). There was no power in my house and it was a 90 degree plus day. I called over 15 different electric contractors before finding Cain's. Most didn't answer or return messages. The one's that did answer could not send an electrician for several days.

When I called Cain's, the owner answered. He was professional, showed immediate empathy, and explained they too were extremely busy but would get an electrician to my house by the next morning. A few minutes later, Cain's called back and said they a found a crew could come to my house in 1 hour. The crew was fast, neat, informative and professional.

BTW, the price for the installation of the circuit breaker box was VERY
reasonable. No premium for ""emergency"" service!

We had a power surge at our home during a storm and apparently impacted our water heater. Thought it was an element but turned out a burned our breaker. Called Mike at Cain's Electric and he found a way to service us the same day I called and was very professional and would highly recommend him! He made a new customer today! Top notch!

Called today, a Saturday. Had a faulty breaker in my old FPE box replaced within two hours of call. This es the third company I called today. Not sure if it was the owner or a manager that we talked to on the phone, but he promised it would be fixed today. On his way black home from pt of town he coordinated fighting our problem. Now my tenants have their hot water back and I have someone that I call for any electrical problem I have from now on!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Over the weekend our condo air conditioning went out on a Friday evening . I called a air conditioning repair on a Sunday. Cunningham Air who found there had been a melt down of wires in the disconnect box and we needed a electrician. They recommended Cain's Electric. I spoke with a neighbor who also recommended them. Our house was up to 85 degrees inside over the weekend and I had had one major asthma attack and my husband is in a wheelchair unable to regulate his temp as well as he use to. I called and within a short 20 minutes got a call back. Mike was a angel sent to us. Mike said he would do a quick patch up job that hold us over to Monday when he could get someone out to full replace the disconnect box. My husbands Service dog usually barks at least once with any stranger coming to our home. she didn't bark once at Mike.
Monday morning a nice kind young man was at our door early. Johnny couldn't have been nicer. He wasn't annoyed by any of my questions and explained everything in plain English and in terms I could understand. He worked fast and clean.
I would highly recommend Cain's for ,reasonable prices, good, kind, quality professional service.

Michael was so helpful in taking care of all my electrical needs to bring my fixer upper up to standards, replacing my electric panel, putting in a new line and some new circuits. He and his associate were very courteous, professional, meticulous and coming in at the price quoted.
