Needed someone to do the easiest imaginable job--just checking an EV charger to make sure it works--and got all sorts of outrageously high bids for what was only going to be about 30 seconds of work. Gevorg agreed to swing by while he was in the area, and didn't charge hundreds of dollars for the privilege. He'll definitely be getting my business the next time I need any electrical work done!

I had some wiring issues in this horribly old house and CAF Electrics seemed like a pretty reliable choice. Because of who I am as a person, I gave him a pretty tense runaround regarding scheduling, but we managed to work out a time. He came and was able to fix the problem then and there, very quickly and professionally. He was also able to answer some of my other electrical questions, which really helped. I have no reason not to hire him again next time or pass his company name on to a friend in the area.

I've used CAF twice. Each time it was easy and was very satisfied with the service. Got a quote over yelp set a time the next day and the work was done in about an hour. Joe is super responsive and communicates well. He works with one other electrician each time I used CAF so the work gets finished in a timely manor. His pricing is fair and lives by his quotes. Highly recommended will be using CAF again in the future.

Out of 20ish electricians contacted to install my Tesla charger, CAF was the most reasonably priced and the installer did an excellent job. I could tell they had installed many chargers and made quick work out of my charger. The job was clean and fast. They even helped me to get the rebate with my power company.

I can't speak to this company's service as my appointment never happened. We scheduled a time. Prior to George asking me for my address. I provided it along with parking instructions in the parking lot. When he then proceeded to ask me for my address anyway, I referred him to my above message. The morning of our appointment I messaged him to confirm that he was still coming since he had not confirmed with me. Five hours later, I messaged him again to ask him if he still was planning on coming. He told me because I didn't provide my address, I wasn't on his schedule. I sent him a screenshot of our conversation where I did provide it. He continued to deny that I sent it saying that I ""refused"" to send my address when he asked for it. I stayed home from work for this appointment. The level of customer service that I received here is appalling. I do not recommend making an appointment with this company. It's not worth the risk of being stood up.

Joe did a fantastic job installing a new main panel in a new location and also a new sub panel. He dealt with all the permits with the city and passed inspection with flying colors first time. He was on time and always very clear in his communication and explanation. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended, I will be a repeat customer.

Actually you did not do the job I paid you for. I can post the unfinished pictures of the meter and our conversation if you like.. I have the receipts.. I also have the email from DWP saying you installed it incorrectly.
