There aren't enough red stars to represent this outstanding company! There are as good as they come. Knowledgeable, polite, thoughtful of the homeowner's floors by slipping on those shoe covers and extremely proficient with their work. I have told several of my friends about them and will continue to be one of their biggest cheerleaders! Keep it up. The quality is noticed and does count! Barb B

Awful.

Had an emergency at my business. The operator asked very openly and kindly if I would like someone today. I said yes. She even added ""Would you like someone out as soon as possible?"". I said yes.

Three hours later, I called to make sure our ticket didn't get lost. The lady who answered the phone said that there were no availabilities until next week, and when I asked why I was told otherwise, she only replied ""answering service...they have no idea.""

I suggest getting a voicemail. Your answering service is a waste of everyone's time, and put me three hours behind in solving my problem.

Caddell Electric always do a professional job and take the time to make sure everything is done correctly and to a very high standard. They are the only Electricians that I will use. They installed a new panel in my house after a lightening strike and their work is exceptional. I now use Caddell for all electrical work on my house and recommend them to all my friends. They recently came and replaced some GFCI's in my house and we couldn't be happier. A+++

I have used Caddell electric 4 times. The first time I had a problem with my lights blinking on and off in my house. I had called 3 electrician from other companies. They came out and charge me a lot of money but did not fix the problem. I called Caddell Electric. Michael came out and he knew right from the start what the problem was . He explained to me what the problem was and how much it was going to cost to fix it before he started the job. he did a great job! The second time my washer stopped working I called Caddell Electric. Michael came out and I was so happy I didn't need a new washer it was just a problem with the outlet.
Michael fix the problem again. The third time my refrigerator stopped working and so did my microwave. It was on a holiday. Lance the owner of the company came out in the pouring rain. The 4th time my clothes dryer stopped working and I was about to buy a new dryer but then I thought let me call Caddel Electric to see if it has something to do with the electrical outlet. And it was. They save the day again! They are very reasonable and professional.

Poor attitude and acted as though it was a bother to come and look over some electrical issues in my home, even though I was paying over $200 just have them look. I will not call them again.

I've used Caddell Electric for 2-3 different jobs now. The first was to wire a gazebo in the backyard for electricity. The second was to wire in a vent-a-hood and install under-mount lights under our new kitchen cabinets. They also installed an exterior power line from a new dishwasher to the breaker box and installed a dedicated circuit breaker.

Their customer service has always been great, both in person and on the phone. The same electrician has done both my projects and he's been extremely polite and courteous each time. I tend to get multiple estimates for electric projects and Caddell has been competitive each time. They quoted a price and went over each item in detail before starting the job and the final invoice was for exactly that amount.

One thing I found extremely interesting is how every time their technician entered the house he slipped a pair of protective covers over his shoes to avoid damaging or dirtying up our wood floor. They're also very good about calling in advance so that I have enough time to get from my office to meet them at our house. I will probably continue to use them unless given a reason to stop.

These folks have great advertising. However, they are not real interested in smaller home jobs vs. commercial accounts. No doubt they are competent, just beware that you may not count for crap if you have a smaller problem. In short, look elsewhere.....
