The technician, Shaun, was super helpful. The work needed to get the job done was more involved than we expected and Shaun explained that it wouldn't be worth the cost. He did give us tips and advice on how to meet our EV charging needs.

When I did Google search for the good electrician in the area, I was surprised to see Cacci plumbing. I called the office to see if they do the electrical work. I was surprised to learn they have been doing the electrical work and asked if they do the free estimate. I was surprised to hear the yes. Then Ed Zalko came for the work. He was very courteous and finished the work as promise. I also heard that they are doing the plumbing, electrical work and HVAC. I will keep this in mind for the future.

5* customers service. The operator was very kind & clear for the steps. She took my request & info. Told me the next steps, such as a f/u call to schedule an appt, when would they call me, such and such. Later on the same day, they scheduled me a free estimate appt. On the day of, they texted me with the ETA which helped a lot. The gentleman came on time. He checked the issue & offered to check other issues that we might not be aware! Very good customer service.

Meh for Viessman boiler repair - misdiagnosed and charged a lot of money for it. Nice folks but had to hire a different contractor to solve the problem.

I've got no axe to grind, but just stating the facts: They said they would be here at 10am after our water was shut-off by the town. The repair was to replace a shower diverter valve. The water was shut-off at 9:30 am and I called them right away to let them know. Instead, they re-routed our plumber to another job and I had to keep calling in for updates as to when someone would be here.

They kept stalling. After waiting around for 5 hours without water I cancelled the job. Terrible customer service in my opinion, but for what it is worth, they were apologetic, after the fact. It was a wasted day.

The story had a good outcome. I ended up hiring a local independent plumber who did an excellent job at half the price of Caccia's estimate (which I was thought was crazy high to begin with, but gave them the benefit of the doubt because I did not know any better). Lesson learned: Always get 2 quotes.

I had a clogged sink and my usual plumber buddy who live up the street from me of course was in Tahoe for the weekend. I called 2 companies in Half Moon Bay both of which were booked out 2-3 weeks. Did some yelp searching and saw good review so lobbed in call. They picked up right away and within 2 hours a guy was here. Very good guy and said that he would recommend that while I have him do the snake also to replace most of the parts under my sink. I told him that I appreciated that but I have a friend who is a plumber, he said he would try to make it work. He found the clog, and got everything back together with no leaks

I will use these guys again for sure
