Our house had a mystery leak that was causing outrageously high water bills. We had hired different plumbers who told us they couldn't find it or gave false hopes with quick fixes. We spent a lot of money on bad fixes and poor service. We were desperate and searched all over for experts. We were eventually pointed to Caccia and I am so glad we were.

Kameron was able to find the leak in 30 minutes, and also found some other auxiliary issues that were making the situation worse.

The work that Kameron did to fix the issues was top notch. Our leak is now fixed, and additionally it also addressed some water pressure issues we were having. Throughout the process Kameron was very careful to keep everything clean, and explained the ""why"" behind everything he was doing.

I signed is up for the ""Care Club"" subscription immediately. There's no reason we'd ever go with a different company again. And as a home owner I feel much more secure knowing that they have our back in case any plumbing issues pop up.

We originally reached out to Caccia to fix what we thought was a clog in our kitchen drain. We quickly discovered a significant section of our drain pipe had eroded away and needed to be replaced. Our home is on slab which made the repair tricky, but Caccia walked us through our options and worked with us on a solution that was best for us.

Every staff member (answering the phone, and 4 service technicians) we've interacted with has been extremely friendly, answered all our questions, and performed small tasks to fix something even though those weren't the ones originally scheduled in. They send a text with a photo and name of the service technician assigned to your appointment so you know who to expect and about when. They have replaced our water heater, sent a video camera through our main pipeline to check for blockage, and removed a clog in our sink. So glad we joined their care club!

The customer service and the dispatcher seem professional but the guy who came seems not. He refused to cooperate with me when I asked to talk to home warranty. Initial call with customer service said I could just ask the plumber to talk to home warranty, because I told them I will pay plumber directly, just need to follow process so I could get reimbursed from home warranty. After the snake tool, sewage water came up to kitchen sink. He did not clean this up. He also told me to throw the kitchen (sewage) water to the soil because he said kitchen (sewage) water and rain water are the same. I could not believe this come from professional plumber. I said sewage can't go to soil where we eat the fruit.
He did not bring bucket to catch sewage water.
He asked to use my clean bucket. Now I have to throw that bucket.

I had an issue with a shower. Had two other plumbers come by who instantly started quoting big numbers $$$ to completely replace my shower fixtures. Neither of them took the time to remove the shower knob to investigate what the issue might be.

Nate, the Caccia plumber who came here to look into the issue, was the only one who actually took the time to diagnose and fix the issue. Great technician. A++
