Lowell Sr. reached out immediately after my previous review to make our situation right. It appears that we may have had a technology issue. He and Lowell Jr. came over ASAP to inspect the load center, try some fixes and explain options. I felt very confident in their expertise and they explained things in laymen's terms. However, as he is so thorough and patient, he actually resolved the issue on the call. He clearly lived up to the many other positive reviews on Yelp. They did a great job running power to our new Costco hot tub. The work was finished quickly, was of a high quality, and there were no unexpected surprises. They were able to Accommodate our schedule (nice, since the hot tub delivery was delayed several weeks due to COVID) and the work was performed to the quoted price.
