Just used this contractor to repair a couple of ""blown"" circuit breakers controlling all of our backyard electrical. This included a sound system, the electrics on a gas grill, a hot tub, fridge, heat lamps, fountain and lighting. They were the contractor that I wanted to use, but, in my haste initially chose the first one that contacted me. After realizing over the course of a weekend that the initial contractor was not going to satisfy my sense of urgency, I contacted Lowell on Monday morning. He and his son ""LJ"" were here that morning, analyzed the problem, had a plan to remedy it that also included making something safer and then did the work that very day. The price was reasonable and the work excellent. Both Lowell and his son were personable and approachable. They answered all of my questions patiently and candidly.

We had an issue with our Samsung double oven and Lowell came to assess the situation and of course, the oven wasn't having the issue when he came, so we decided to try something and we'll see if it works. He has always been very professional, courteous and definitely knows electrical in and out! Great service! I won't use anyone else.

I was extremely concerned when some of our lights started blinking and I received a shock from the faucet handle while taking a shower. Never thought I could get an electrician on the Saturday of New Year's Eve. Called Cabrillo Electric and Lowell was out within the hour, diagnosed the problems, called SDG&E to take care of their part of the ""fix"" making clear the problem needed to be addressed immediately....then followed thru to make sure SDGE came. He also did some grounding to keep us safe and will continue with what's still needed next week. I so appreciate his quick response, correct diagnosis, concern for our safety and follow-through. Highly recommend this company.

what great service. The owner Loweii came out on a Saturday.... Found the problem right away. Repaired the ceiling light wiring and provided many safety suggestions, as the light bulbs in the ceiling fixture were over the limit... and the fixture wiring. Thank God for curcuit breakers.

Lowell and his son answered my yelp request for an electrician as soon as I posted it. After the AC technician diagnosed that the problem is not the AC but the circuit breaker- Lowell came and fixed it quickly. We had a heat advisory and we were all dying of heat.. so he was quick to fix my issue. They came back the next day to change the circuit breaker for a newer model since the one the condo came in with is really old. Upfront pricing- Lowell and his son arrived early in the morning and worked until 2pm without a break! I'm very satisfied with their work and I'm happy to be able to find an honest electrician since I'm a single Mom. I highly recommend Cabrillo Electric if you ever need services of a certified electrician.
