CA Sunrise came recommended by a friend, and Roberto Alvarado did not disappoint. He responded immediately to my texted request, understood my issue, and came by the very next day on 9/14/21. Once on site, he assessed the electrical problem in a matter of minutes. Although he didn't have the part on-hand to fix it, he left to Ace Hardware, and returned promptly to take care of the issue at my panel. He was friendly, swift and charged reasonably for a job he turned around for me so quickly. I am a relieved homeowner now that I feel safer with the electrical current running how it's supposed to.

Roberto and his team were awesome to work with. He installed my Tesla charger in a single morning and even came back a couple times to check on it, in addition to getting us the city permit and coming to wait for the inspector. He waited the entire 12-2pm time frame to speak to the inspector and was fine with it! He says he wants his customers to be 100% happy, and we are.

Roberto has been amazing. He installed solar panels on our house. We interviewed 3 different people when considering the project and went with him because he provided the highest level of service. He is a one-stop shop, so when he comes out to chat about the job, he can speak to every aspect of the job and help provide options for modifications on the spot vs the Sunrun sales guy that came out. For example, I dug around and had my own preference on solar panel brand, which he was able to agree to and price out almost on the spot. He's also navigated some tricky timing with the weather, the city and PG&E without stress, and is generally fun to have around. Thank you Roberto! Roberto was a true God send! I somehow blew a fuse but did not know how to repair it myself. I tried resetting the circuit breaker and even went to Home Depot myself. I'm a pretty good handy man but I was stumped and could not figure out what to do. Roberto was the first to call me and advised me that he was available the same day. Other electricians called but were too busy or too Pre Madonna to accept my small electric job. Roberto arrived at my house like he said he would. After just about 20 minutes he figured out that it was an very old fuse from another old circuit box that blew. I had no idea how to handle an old house fuse from a house built in 1938. Roberto is intelligent and trouble shot my electrical problem in just 20 minutes. He is reasonable in price and a super nice guy! Thank you Roberto for being an honest and super cool dude. You have a customer for life!
