Communication - office is not coordinating with electrician. Make appointments. Two appointments were no show. Don't lie about what you said or did. I can see if you called me on my cellphone. Don't say you called when you didn't. Don't say you said that you would let me know when you're 30 minutes away when you never said that on the phone. Clearly explain the process and have your office and service person in sync.

I've contacted CA Electrical to check out an outlet not working.

They came up and spent time to check where the issue was. How ever they could not find the root cause after checked through many connections. They recommended to seek another company to verify the circuit without charging me any diagnostic fee.

Good experience so far, will try them again if I have any issues in the future.

We recently had the CA Electrical Group rewire our 1935 bungalow, converting it from the old knob and post wiring and bringing it up to code. What a job! Lead technician Alex V. proved to be the man for the job as he led his assistants through this complicated process. He communicated clearly to us about every level of the project; he made sure that we knew what was happening at every step; he made sure that his team cleaned up after themselves, and everyone was most respectful and pleasant. It is clear that Alex knows his job well and enjoys his work. He listened to our concerns and addressed our issues with a positive and professional attitude. He even made sure we could contact him after the project in case any problems came up. Very fast response time. I had a room in my house without power on Sunday and contacted CA Electrical Group and they gave me an appointment for Monday between 2 to 6 pm.
The electrician Omari called me around 2:15pm that he was on his way and he arrived 5 minutes later. I thought the problem was just a bad circuit breaker and he checked the panel and confirmed the breaker was bad, but even after replacing the breaker there was something in the room that was causing the breaker to trip. He then checked all 5 electrical outlets in the room and found frayed and melted wires in one outlet. He re-wired that outlet and that fixed the problem. The price for the work was more than reasonable and less than what I had expected to pay especially since it was more than just a bad circuit breaker
