They were prompt contact me from yelp. Then when I talked to them, they had availability within the next day. Elad came out during the specified time and reviewed our issue and came up with 2 possible ways to fix and this review and estimate was all free. A quote was sent to us and after we accepted, another appointment was made and an electrician Rodrigo came to do the work. Some unexpected issues came up and plan was changed. He was able to get us a new quote and our panel was fixed still within the same day. We are very happy with the work done. They were all very nice as well.

Employed Ca Electric Group about 2years ago to upgrade my electricity. They did a good job and did it within three days, even working on a Sunday. I have no problem with their workmanship. However, recently, I asked them to return to fix a hanging loose chord. I have called several times over a period of almost 3 months. Still waiting for them to come to my home. It's disappointing to have called nearly 4 times over a period of almost 3 months asking for this minor issue to be fixed. In my opinion, waiting this long is unacceptable.

Arriving at my home at midnight, I found that there was no power. CA electrical answered my call and had a tech out within hours. I found out my 140 yr old house needed to be rewired. CA Electrical gave me a fair bid and they did the job. I was offsite for all of it which was not a problem as they handled everything. Were there problems? Of course, the house is 140 yrs old with 2 subpanels and hundreds of quirky issues. In every case they were immediately available by phone and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I worked with Omri and Mari and will never consider any other electrical services in the future.

9/28 - Requested contact evening of 9/27 and received immediate contact from Omri. We discussed project briefly and agreed a service person would arrive to my home between 1-3 PM the following day (today, 9/28). As of 6:00PM they have not arrived, not has anyone attempted to contact me to let me know that there is a problem, etc.

9/29 Update: Omri reached out to me today (9/29) and apologized, but stated his schedule shows that today was our appt. Okay... I was scheduled to be gone today, but maybe it was my mistake. Moved refview to 3 stars. Will revisit after he makes appointment.

I had an issue with power outlets and a light switch. Kfir was very professional, knowledgeable and informative durning the visits. This was the second time I used them and I will continue to use their services in the future, and highly recommend them.

Elad helped me upgrade my old subpanel to a new one. His team did a fantastic job with the panel installation, ev charger install and fixing the drywall. I'm very pleased with the final results. Hello, I called CA Electrical Group out to inspect some kitchen electrical problems. They sent out a tech without demanding any kind of heavy fees. Well, this certainly was a refreshing approach do doing business. They sent out Kfir who was very intelligent, articulate, polite and professional. He communicated well and ahead of time about his expected arrival time. When he arrived he appeared friendly and had all of the expected professional tools and he quickly started diagnosing the problems, moving between our electrical panel and our outlets.

The thing that makes me exceedingly happy and willing to trust this business is that Kfir solved several problems, made several suggestions and helped us understand what the issues were in our electrical system--but he didn't charge for the visit--nor did he invent some kind of major repair and try to gouge us. Of course some of ways electricians can be predatory are telling customers scary stories about how they might have dangerous electrical problems unless they fix X Y or Z. I just wanted to attest that Kfir did no such thing and did not attempt to do anything except help us with our stated problem and he didn't even charge us for the site visit, his time or expertise (there wasn't a need for any heavy lifting, intensive work or much else).

I would be very glad to do business with Kfir or his company in the future, he has earned my trust through is very ethical business behavior.
