Hello, I called CA Electrical Group out to inspect some kitchen electrical problems. They sent out a tech without demanding any kind of heavy fees. Well, this certainly was a refreshing approach do doing business. They sent out Kfir who was very intelligent, articulate, polite and professional. He communicated well and ahead of time about his expected arrival time. When he arrived he appeared friendly and had all of the expected professional tools and he quickly started diagnosing the problems, moving between our electrical panel and our outlets.

The thing that makes me exceedingly happy and willing to trust this business is that Kfir solved several problems, made several suggestions and helped us understand what the issues were in our electrical system--but he didn't charge for the visit--nor did he invent some kind of major repair and try to gouge us. Of course some of ways electricians can be predatory are telling customers scary stories about how they might have dangerous electrical problems unless they fix X Y or Z. I just wanted to attest that Kfir did no such thing and did not attempt to do anything except help us with our stated problem and he didn't even charge us for the site visit, his time or expertise (there wasn't a need for any heavy lifting, intensive work or much else).

I would be very glad to do business with Kfir or his company in the future, he has earned my trust through is very ethical business behavior.

Very friendly, honest and professional feedbacks from the inspection. They even advise myself and instructed me on how to fix my issue myself since it was a very simple fix.

Unlike others that charge you an overpriced inspection hourly rate with min 2 hours upfront and who knows what else they will charge you.

Definitely recommend them and bookmarking myself.

We started with a ""simple"" problem. We bought an electric bed and needed an additional outlet. Of course, it morphed into a much larger project. We got three quotes and decided to go with CA Electric. Their office staff is GREAT. They run a tight ship and managed things crisply and warmly. Kfir was clear, precise, friendly. It is important to us that all work is up to code and permitted. Kfir was clear that all of their work is up to code and permitted. The quote was itemized and made sense. Kfir was prompt to answer any questions by text or phone. The electrician, Axel and his crew, were outstanding. I was working from home during our project and they were accommodating and patient. His work was also very clean and precise. The daily clean up was appreciated. The final touch was the repair work on dry wall. Somehow they managed to match 20 year old paint! The project finished on time with out additional cost. From the office all the way through to the final inspection date the group was professional and reliable. And, NICE. A class act and a good investment.

My experience with CA Electrical is great. They are super fast and solid from being able to schedule a check-up right after calling them, identify the issue, and discuss potential solutions, to get the issue fixed.

We've had a longstanding electrical issue and that was quickly evaluated yesterday, much to our relief! We were also advised that we need to upgrade our panel (I know it to be true and not an upsell). I will use these folks again as I've added them to my address book for a quick call when needed - and for the panel change!

Given that the issue started 8pm on a Friday, the turnaround to set up an appointment was great. Omri came out on Sunday. His inspection was free and, as it happened, it was one of those ""Easy when you know how"" problems. He had our power working again minutes into the free inspection. Much obliged, do recommend.
