C2 Electric did a great job on upgrading our electrical panel for our pool. They upgraded our panel to a 100 amp service and corrected an issue that caused our pump to overheat and burn up (the breaker was incorrect for that connection). Very pleased with the responsiveness and the quality work.

I reach out to the owner every week to see if he will make it right but he will never respond or call me back Like he said he would do. So now I'll be getting my lawyer to deal with it. He had a chance to make it right but we expected nothing different from this company.

So many issues to even count with our build that C2 was hired to do, not by us, but by or ex contractor. They hardly ever showed when they said they would, didn't place light fixtures where they should have been, didn't have power running to several things when it came down to our final inspection, several lights off center, some outlets didn't work at all, as well as our gas fireplace. We had to hire different electricians to come in and fix all their issues, pay them (again), and deal with it. They were mind blown by several things that C2 did. One day, in the middle of all the madness we had to deal with, I cut a corner of our house and heard one of the workers cussing about how he ""f*** hated this place."" Crazy, because we were super nice to them the whole time they were here and working, went as far as bringing them cupcakes and pizza. Now my husband and I are both blocked from their Facebook page and the owner won't respond to texts or calls after he agreed to reimburse us for some of the work that we had to have redone. Honestly, this is the very first review I have ever left for anyone or anything in my whole life! My husband and I are both super chill people so it's just a shame that this couldn't get worked out privately like it should have been. It appears that all their other reviews are good so I'm not sure where our job went wrong, other than the original contractor that hired them, screwed them over (just like they did us as well), but again.. not our problem, because we began to pay them out of pocket when we caught word that they weren't getting payed from the contractor. In my opinion, this should have been a totally different experience and outcome for us, especially considering we were paying hard earned money for a home we dreamt of for years. Sad to say we are highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

This company was hired for new construction and let my tell these guys are a joke. We had to hire new electricians to fix all their problems. most of the stuff that c2 electric hooked up had no power to it because it was hooked up wrong like lights in the bathroom, tv in living room and no power on porch or kitchen. They also hooked the smoke alarms up wrong and burned up them up . The way they ran the wires in our garage was some of the sloppiness anyone has EVER SEEN is my area. The owner jamie said he would pay me back for all of the things I had to get fixed by the REAL electricians but that was a lie also. It's been several months and he won't respond to us. It was also taking them 3 months just to trim out the house which is just unheard of. So please let this be a warning to anyone that would think about using this company. Unless you wanna pay for the job twice. (I have several pictures of their work if anyone would like to see it)
