Steer clear. Horrible customer service. Marilyn from the office does not follow up with customer and when questioned about it becomes argumentative. Called the manager Kathy to tell her about my experience and she too was apathetic. Got an estimate over a month ago. Paid $450 deposit and still no work has been done. Of course they blame it on the city that the permits weren't issued. Well then maybe you shouldn't have taken my money if you weren't ready to start the work. Will never use this company again!
I found my go to electrician. They showed on time and did yeoman's work replacing an outlet and circuit breaker. The tech I think his name is Donnie was very efficient and pleasant. I learned he has a few decades of experience with this company and it shows in his pride and craftsmanship. Everyone needs a go to electrician and I found mine I recommend you give them a try also
Between the hard work by their service manager Terry to get us a service date quickly to replace our electrical panel, and the special dedication to the job by their technician Isais, we have no reason to call another company again for our electrical work. Fischer Electric gained and retained a new client in this one experience, and we appreciate having a company onboard for our office complex Davie Commons that really knows about Customer Service. Their pricing was very fair also! I highly recommend them.
Don't use them. I had them come out to my rental property and they did the work. My tenants signed the receipt and my credit card was charged. They never called me to discuss any charges prior to work starting. The worst thing was they took whiteout to the sales purchase order and whited out labor and materials and made it higher. They never got the purchase order resigned and I only found out about this when I requested the final purchase order because it differed than the one my tenants sent me. This is totally unethical and I would never hire them again. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. The office staff was rude and the owner was even ruder.
I'm posting this in hopes no one has the same horrible experience as I did. I called Fischer Electric to give me an estimate on correctly installing my upper and under counter lights. The electrician came on a Friday as planned and I showed him where the issues were and told me he would have the estimate on Monday. Don was his name, before leaving he said that will be $90, I asked why and if that was applied to job he assured me it was. I was a bit surprised that I was charged for an estimate but paid in good faith. A week went by and I called twice asking where my estimate was and what the cost would be. I was told that I had the wrong lights and need to buy new ones. I said no one told me about buying new lights ?? after several more calls I just requested my money back as the company never provided an estimate in a timely manner and i was told that it was a service call, not an estimate. Not sure how you can have a service call with no work being done. Now I am faced with taking them to small claims court. This action is being brought on because of very poor business ethics and changing someone for doing nothing. My mistake was once again thinking people are honest. I would never allow anyone from this company to do anything for you.
I have being dealing with Fischer electric for more than 14 years , they did all of my electrical needs when I lived in Sunrise, Fla. 9 years ago I moved to Pompano Beach, Fla. and again they did all of my lighting and updated my electrical box. I am totally satisfied with company and prices are very reasonable. I totally recommend them. Workers are very professional and very neat. Thank you, Fischer Electric.

We can't say enough good things about this company. We have been using Fischer Electric since 2005 and have never had any issues with them. They have been extremely professional, always prompt and willing to work with unexpected issues without any hassle. I've dealt with Allison many times and she's always been a pleasure to work with and always helpful. The electricians who have been sent out have been great to work with as well. Highly recommended.
We have three properties. We have called them numerous times to keep all of our properties in good shape. They have done electrical work on our docs, light fixtures inside and out, entire house re-wire, etc... They always call ahead and are very punctual. Very clean and professional service. Wonderful to count on!

Don't use this company. They schedule you then they decide not to show up because they have more important jobs to do. I had them scheduled more than two weeks in advance to be present when my AC unit was being installed and they decided they couldn't send anyone out that day. Poor communication and they forget who the client is. Last time I checked, I was paying them, they weren't doing me a favor.
