I LOVE this place! I got a quote for $300+for a new alternator for a Nissan Maxima. I had the alternator taken off (by my neighbor mechanic for $40 and brought it to them and $60 later it was good to go. $40 to put it back on. So job done for less then half. I found out my local auto shop takes their stuff to them too. I LOVE this place. The guys in there are so nice too.

This is an old school alternator and starter shop. They do bench rebuilds only. Had an alternator that tested good at auto parts store more than once. C&S identified a brush issue. They knew I had driven an hour to reach them, so they replaced my brushes and milled my copper armature while I got some lunch nearby. Before we even could get lunch, they called me to say it was ready to pick up. $40 charge. I will be a customer forever, regardless of the distance. NOTE, THEY DON'T WORK ON THE VEHICLE, YOU TAKE THEM YOUR STARTER OR ALTERNATOR FOR REPAIR AFTER REMOVING IT FROM THE VEHICLE.
