Very positive experience with C&M Installation and Repair. We purchased a new double electric oven to replace the original oven+microwave from 1986. Modern ovens are still available in the same 27"" width as our old one, but double ovens are about 3"" taller than the existing space in our cabinetry, so we were going to require some modification to get this to fix.

Ray Castello was quick to respond when I texted him for information prior to purchasing a new oven and gave some good suggestions for brands that would make for a cleaner installation. He was also super helpful with recommendations on how to receive and inspect the delivery (the day before installation) and on scheduling the slightly larger block of time needed for installation.

This all worked out great. Our oven delivery was delayed by a week or two, Ray was able to reschedule with no problems. He and his son arrived on time to do the install, constructed a new platform for the oven (we sacrificed a drawer below our old oven). The end result looks beautiful and works great.

Ray and son were courteous and quick, with COVID masking and distancing. The results were fantastic and very reasonably priced when you look at the work that was done. Highly recommended!

I rarely give reviews. But, I feel it's important to show my appreciation to good people. C&M Home Appliance Installation and Repair did an outstanding job of cutting out my old dishwasher, which could not be slid out because we had new kitchen vinyl installed after the dishwasher was put in. That made the floor too high to slide out the old dishwasher. Cutting it out took special care and skill. Ray was very careful and a real craftsman. He also installed my new Bosch dishwasher. C&M is a family business. They also do Handyman jobs. I will now call on them in the future. It's such a pleasure to find skilled, polite people to take care of your needs.

I was referred to these guys from Home Depot for replacing my island mount exhaust hood. I was contacted and given a quote by Ray and I scheduled the job. The day before the job I contacted them since they had not called me to give me a window of arrival. They asked if they can reschedule by two days and I agreed. On the day of job three men showed up and looked at the hood I had ordered. They claimed first it was a model that cannot fit the space I had. When I showed them the manual and confirmed it was the same make and model as the previous one then I was told some braces or brackets that was needed was not shipped with the product. Then they asked that I return the product and go to University Appliance to get a different one. It was extremely difficult to understand what they were saying cause it seemed like they were in a hurry to leave and were not patient in explaining the problem. I never trusted their advise and hired another contractor. They came took a look at the product and said all parts were in the box and that it would fit in the current space without any retrofit. They came back and got the job done.If I had listened to these guys I would have caused myself double the work for nothing. I found the whole experience unprofessional and chaotic.

My refrigerator was not working. Couldn't get a hold of anybody at Sears. So I decided to call Home Depot and they gave me a referral which was this company so I called I spoke with some Hispanic person there he said he would call me with prices and information about the part. Well, a week later today and I still never heard from him. Obviously they don't want the business. I went into YouTube took everything apart, ordered the part, and my refrigerator is back to working! I fixed it- literally saved over $700.....so God works in mysterious ways glad he never called back!

C&M was great. They gave me a next day appointment after Home Depot installation crew said they could not install a OTR Microwave Oven. When they had an opening for their crew to come on the same day, C&M called to tell me and they provide service the same as I originally called them. They were friendly, wore masks and were careful due to Covid-19. Installation was quick and efficient, professionally done.

Tried to buy a microwave from Home Depot with installation. It was delivered on time, but their installer said he couldn't do the installation because it was too big. Got a full refund, but still needed a microwave. Found Airport Appliance (separate review), but still needed an installer. C&M Home Applianc was listed on Yelp. I called and talked to Ray who sent Demario over the next day. He picked up the microwave from Airport, came over and installed it in less than an hour. This was was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them.

They Do not stand behind their work.
They say they will come and fix a problem as many times as needed to keep you hanging, but never show up.
They take short cuts to get the job done and customers are not informed.
Again...They Do Not stand behind their work.
Stay away from them.

We bought a new dish washer from HD and found the usual install teams couldn't install the unit. We contacted C&M and were on their schedule. The dishwasher was installed and working great.
