Ray and his son were really really awesome. I called Ray for my dishwasher install as Home Depot did not want to install given that the hose ran through the cabinet.!! In any case, Ray said he will meet with me at the Lowes Cottle Rd to pickup the dishwasher and drive back home to install.
When we both reached Lowes Cottle Rd, the appliance department folks said they don't have one in stock (the previous night they had it). Ray was not disturbed at all and smilingly drove to next available Lowes store on Coleman Avenue. After much hassle from the folks there (they said they had the dishwasher, then said no and then said yes), we finally loaded the dishwasher into the vehicle. He came home from there and completed the install. He took his time to install perfectly, made sure everything is right and tested. Ray and his son Macro are a great team. More than anything, I loved that Ray was punctual, reasonable and was not irritated by the change of plans. He assured me that he will do the install so I can be a happy customer. He will go many steps further to make the customer happy. Fantastic attitude!!

I have to mention that it was the hottest day that day with temps around 100 degrees. Yet, he came with me to 2 stores, picked up the dishwasher, installed and hauled away the old one. I would highly highly recommend them any day. The rates were reasonable too!!

Ray and Marco installed a dishwasher and a new kitchen faucet or me and I was very happy with their service and their work. For some reason, the Home Depot installers quit the installation after partially removing the old dishwasher. I then had a plumber with a big business and a number of trucks come and he tried to up sell a $150 job to a $1000+ job. Ray and Marco were on time, calling a half hour before and did the work professionally and neatly at a proper price for the time and job complexity.

I'd recently purchased all new appliances for my remodeled home,I was in constant search for the right person for the job. After countless hours of calling around and getting ridiculous quotes from other sources I came upon "" C & M Home appliance installation and repair."" I gave them a call and spoke to the owners son, we were able to negotiate a very reasonable price and also he was very polite. Ray and his son came to my house the very next morning rite on time. They worked efficiently also they were very safe and careful. They installed all my appliances within a couple of hours with no issues. I DEFINITELY recommend these guys for any type of appliance installations and repairs!!!! Thanks Ray!!!

Ray and his son came out to our house to install a new oven / range. They were 100% professional and very nice. There were some issues with the electrical and Ray was able to fix it quickly. The new range looks/works great and I am very happy that we went with Ray. I can't recommended him enough.

After HomeDepot broke the water connector the first time, then two installation attempts later kept saying they couldn't install our new dishwasher, I called Ray. He came in and within the hour had everything installed neatly and even took the old dishwasher away. Will definitely call Ray for further repairs I need.

The house we bought came with an electric cooktop that I didn't like and I really wanted to swap it out with a gas one. We had the gas plumbed to the kitchen but needed someone to swap out the cooktop and fix the electricity from powering the electric cooktop to a simply plug.

Ray from C&M Home Appliance did all of this and did an AMAZING job. He and his son took the time to make sure the cooktop was lined up perfectly and braced so that it didn't move an inch. It looks as if it's been there all along! Ray returned my call quickly and arranged to come out to swap out the cooktop on the weekend which was such a convenience.

If you need ANYTHING appliance related - C&M Home Appliance is the place to call. Seriously - the best service you can ask for.

As a disclaimer, I have never hired Rey. I can't speak much to his installation skills. He has been very rude and difficult person to work with. He bailed out on me 3 times after promising a time. Every time he would throw some random quotes. Finally he showed up to see the job and we agreed on the job and price. When I called him to schedule an installation time, he increased the price and was extremely rude. Very unprofessional. I don't care how good you are. It seems he wants as much money as he can get for each job and is looking for customers who are desperate to pay it.

I had found Ray on yelp based on the ratings and can attest that I am completely satisfied by his professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge around any work he undertakes. What perhaps sets him apart from others is that he is not merely trying to get the job done and finish his contractual obligations - but aims to get the work done as best as humanly possible.

Ray does take pride in his workmanship and was kind enough to help/educate me on few other fixes which he was not contracted to do. I highly recommend him to anyone and the ratings speak for themselves.

I can't say enough good things about Ray. The minute he saw the oven Pacific Sales had sold me, he knew it was the wrong size. He even got on the phone and talked with the salesperson there to get me the correct oven. He removed the old oven so the store would take it away when they swapped out the correct oven for the wrong one. He returned and he and his crew did a quick, neat job of installing my oven, and they did it all in time for Christmas. :-) His price was very reasonable and he is a great communicator...he let me know when he was going to arrive and he'd give me a heads up if he was going to be late. Excellent service all around. I am definitely going to use C&M again.
