Disappointed in their customer service. Came in to ask a simple question with the electric stator in hand and before I can ask my question and let them know what the part actually does or what my question was the secretary I believe was already telling they don't work on automobiles ..........to clarify I didn't ask them to work on any automobiles . That made for an awkward experience felt a little profiling there but hey no biggie I'll just take my business elsewhere and make sure I no longer refer anyone to their garage. Sometimes it's worth taking a couple seconds just to hear someone out before shutting them down. FYI I own a business close by and it's a good idea that we refer customers to local shops to help keep us going especially in times like we're in now.

I've been doing business with C&M for as long as I can remember, sometime in the 80's. They have always fixed my electric motors to be as good as new, at a reasonable cost. Very friendly and easy to deal with.
