My partner and I wanted to brighten our livingroom space by adding recessed lighting but finding someone to do it was harder than we thought. It wasn't until we called C-Jays Electrical Service. Chris was so nice on the phone and attentive, patient with our questions when he stopped by our home to evaluate the project. We are currently working from home and Chris was able to accommodate with our schedule to come early in the morning to avoid noise interference during our work hours. Chris, Dave (I hope this is right), and his apprentice were super friendly/polite, respectful of our home, and efficient. Before they started cutting into the ceiling they talked to us about the best places to put the lights since our vent was off center in terms of dimensions of our livingroom space. They completed the job in 4 hours which included updating outlets and light switches. Chris readjusted the final invoice on the spot, provided Home Depot receipts, and showed us how to use our new dimmable recessed lights. We are so happy with the results and can't wait to work with them on more projects around our home.

These gentlemen were absolutely the greatest--From start to finish! When first came over to do a consultation, Mark, was very informative about the whole process of work needed done and bid pricing. Everything was broken down and explained thoroughly. When project started, their team arrived on time everyday, and they were extremely polite. After the work day ended, not only did the clean/sweep up any debris left, they explained what was done that day and what the plan was the next day. And their prices!!! So affordable and reasonable! My wife randomly came across this electrical company. Thankfully she did. Primarily dealt with Mark but the entire crew was awesome. Did a complete re-wire of our entire house & garage with a new main panel, sub panel in garage, along with new lighting in the living room and hallways. They were able to work around my kids at home doing online schooling and the fact that I worked nights. Mark was very transparent when it came to the quote and final pricing with add on requests from myself once the work got started. He gave a complete breakdown. We had several sconce lights and spotlights installed in our front yard. C-jays electrical helped guide us in the consultation process and continued coordination over email to help us select the best lighting for our needs, as well as any additional components they required to complete installation.

His team was punctual, knowledgeable, hard-working, and just an overall joy to have at my home during the installation process. They took great pride in their work, concealing all wiring as much as possible, and delivering very clean and professional craftsmanship. They were able to fish some wiring without cutting into the drywall, saving a few hundred in patch work, which I greatly appreciated.

The result has been night and day. My entrance now feels safer and more aesthetically pleasing. From a functional standpoint, my security cameras can now capture clear footage at night. From a fulfillment standpoint, I take great pride in seeing this upgrade to my home, and being able to utilize my well-lit front patio in the evenings. I will definitely be calling C-Jays when it comes time to upgrade the lighting in back of my home.
