The company did send me a refund. It did take a month to get it. The owner did actually come to my home to make sure that I got it. Sorry, I should have updated the review earlier

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great job, Jeff and Noah did at my home. First, they showed up on time. They both listened to what I wanted and needed to complete the job. Both guys had great workmanship. Ask for Jeff and Noah for all your electrical needs. Thanks again guys.

We had an issue with our electrical panel breakers tripping. Contacted Byrd and they were here the next day. This company was on time as scheduled, great communication, professional, and great work. The price quoted was exactly what was charged. Highly recommend and will use again should the need arise.

The best I can do is send you the email I sent the general manager after they requested I give them a 5 star review. And I got no satisfaction at all as a response. I hope this helps you choose a company****** Andrew, I am not sure this note will do me any good but I thought I would give it a try. I recently had your team install a 220 plug for my EV. I gave your team several photos and explained what was needed. Measured the distance, sent pictures of the plug I needed, etc. your estimator did the best he could with the estimate and I have no issue with that. In fact he was correct with the actual work. The guys did a good job and were nice. In fact I gave one of the a small piece of furniture. The concern I have is I was billed for the time it took to get the supplies and even make the bill....times two. They arrived about 12:15 and I reviewed the job with them. Despite sending all the pics and detail, they needed to get materials to start the job. Not sure why I went through all the effort but ok. So they both went to the store about 12:30 ish. They returned at 1:45 to start the job. It was complete at 3:45. One guy left and the other guy made out the bill and I paid. The estimate was two guys for 2 hours and approx $200 in parts. It took exactly 2 hours. I was billed for 4 hours for two people. So the rounded the 12:15 arrival to noon and rounded the finish to 4:00 And charged me for two people getting supplies and two people making the bill. Again the job was satisfactory and the guys were nice but it does not seem right to charge me for 2 people to get supplies and to make my bill (they should have known what to bring with the info provided). The parts estimate was $200 and they charged $275. Not too far apart but they did spend time putting together something they never used. In the end I spent $1050 and it really should have been $710 including all $275 in parts. For what is worth I thought I would share the info and get your thoughts on if you feel this is common practice. Being retired, $300 is still real money to me.

Prompt service. Great results . Would highly recommend and will definitely use for future jobs

I've been a customer for years. I called on a Friday afternoon in need of a serious repair. Was told they were booked for the next week ... no offer to help or even find out if it was an emergency. I called another company, and they sent someone out in an hour. Very disappointing. I'm no longer a customer.

Jeff and Jay rewired our home's troublesome electrical system today. They are the best! There was a little glitch and Jeff returned right away to resolve it. These guys are hard working and know their stuff. If you want a quality job, call Byrd!
FYI: They do accept credit cards but they charge a percentage fee for doing so. I wasn't aware of that. I think you should know as we intended to put it on the card, but not willing to pay an extra $67.

I recently called Byrd Electric to address a malfunctioning attic fan. Even though this was not an emergency they came out the same day. Jeff was fantastic in every way. He is obviously a very nice person and he went out of his way to address our problem. Access to our attic fan was very difficult given how our attic is constructed and where the attic fan was located. Despite these difficulties, Jeff figured out a way to address our problem to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Byrd Electric for any of your electrical needs. Special thanks to Jeff.

Called about an outlet circuit that was dead. After a thorough search it was discovered an outlet arced and burned through the wires. It was a miracle there wasn't a fire. After after repairing the wires and putting in a new outlet we had the electrician change light bulbs in our very high ceiling to LED bulbs. He ever cleaned our ceiling fan!
Absolutely top notch service!

I had the opportunity to meet Jeff this morning who was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to help me in a situation that required going outside of his job requirements. What a great employee and asset!
