With over a decade of experience in construction, I have successfully renovated numerous homes. I am the go-to person for anyone who finds themselves overwhelmed by a project.

My rate is $100 per hour plus materials, or I can provide a total bid for the job.

These are some of the regular services I provide:
- Swapping out your electrical outlets and switches
- Installing new water heaters
- Putting in new toilets or simply the flush kits
- Mounting new light fixtures
- You can engage my services for advice on a possible construction project or to supervise your home remodeling. I have connections with many contractors.
