Our home warranty company hooked us up with BW Electric. They responded within 12 hours to our service request and set up an appointment for the following morning.
Not only was he on time, he actually had to wait on me to return home! Instead of just leaving, he gave me a second call and waited for me to return so that I could have my problem addressed same day.
He came in, assessed the issue, explained every step of the way what needed to be corrected and got to work. Within an hour, my apprehension over the issue was gone and the problem was fixed!
He was prompt, professional, courteous and personable! We would definitely call on his company again for other electrical needs.

Had read the 8 positive reviews and hopeful that my warranty company got a reputable individual to help resolve my needs.
That was far from the case, tech arrived late and lacked all professionalism. Was in a hurry to get job done and move on without even providing a receipt.
All said, he didn't even fix the issues and now am having to contact the warranty company for escalated assistance
had an issue with my recess lighting going out and my home warranty linked me to BW Electric. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. The problem was fixed in fifteen minutes. I will be recommending this company to everyone and using them in the future!

It was a simple issue, but Lawrence took care of it in 15 minutes, and was in and out with a smile on his face. I'm surprised by the bad reviews, I couldn't have had a better experience. And I'm picky. =)

Painless experience. I contacted them through a warranty company. They returned my call within 24 hours. My appointment was the next day. I had a 30 minute notice before they showed up. Brecco was corteous and efficient. I had a very simple problem but it was fixed with no problems. Only issue I encountered, was communication. They would call me and I would call them back right away and it would take a couple tries to reach someone. It seems they do not really have an office and the call goes to person doing the job and, understandably, they can't always answer right away. Would recommend and would use again.
We had Sears Home Warrantee hook us up with this company, for a kitchen, overhead light out. The electrician Rico and helper came out to our home. When they got there they observed our situation. Without doing any work Rico asked for his $60.00 copay and after recieving his money he flipped on the switch, and the lights came on. He then told us our house was wired wrong and was a fire hazard, and ""could kill someone""! We live in a custom home and there are some features that are a bit odd. But to flip a switch and charge 60.00 is f ing ridicules! If Sears hooks you up with this company, decline and ask for another contractor
